By accessing and using the services provided by Freshworld.lk, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

Acceptance of Terms:

By using Freshworld.lk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Products and Services:

Freshworld.lk offers vegetables, fruits and other selected product ranges for online purchase and delivery. The availability of products may vary daily based on the seasonal factors and the availability in the local market. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any product or any services without a prior notice.

Ordering and Payments:

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete all requested information including payment details. By submitting an order, you authorize Freshworld.lk to charge the provided payment method for the total amount, including product costs, delivery charges, handling fee and other related government applicable taxes or fees.

Order Confirmation:

Upon successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order, and Freshworld.lk reserves the right to cancel or limit quantities based on the availability. (As this business is based on the perishable products and due to climate and other reasonable factors the quality of products may vary.)

Pricing and Promotions:

Prices for products are subject to change without notice relating to the local market conditions. Promotional offers and discounts may have specific terms and conditions and Freshworld.lk reserves the right to modify, amend or withdraw such offers at any time without a prior notice.

Delivery:

Our delivery service may also not be available on certain mercantile holidays in Sri Lanka, which holidays are decided at our company decision. Currently, we deliver only to the selected area of Western Province as mentioned in our websites of the delivery grid. Upon delivery of the goods, the person accepting the goods ordered must sign the copy of the invoice. Provided however items delivered as provided herein cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Cancellations and Refunds:

We do not facilitate refunds or replacements for online orders for perishable items. Online users are encouraged to place orders with products they require to avoid a situation of refunds or returns.

Exchange of products can be considered under exceptional circumstances at the decision of Freshworld.lk solely. We will not cash back for returns under any circumstances.

After placing the order successfully thorough our website or any other published order accepting method, you need to cancel the order within 15 minutes (Fifteen minutes) of placing the order. If not, the placed order will be considered and confirmed order and taken for the processing line and will be handed over to the currier service for the delivery as per our order processing schedule (Please refer Delivery Policy for more information).

Account Registration:

To use certain features of Freshworld.lk, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities while using Freshworld.lk. This includes, but is not limited to; unauthorized access, data scraping or any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.

Intellectual Property:

All content on the Freshworld.lk website, including text, images, logos and trademarks are the properties of Freshworld.lk and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce or distribute any content without our express permission.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Freshworld.lk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
